Fundraising course

Fundraising or fund-raising is the process of seeking and gathering voluntary financial contributions by engaging individuals, businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental agencies. Fundraising is a way to raise funds – typically for NGOs, associations, charitable projects, and other non-profit organizations.

On this fundraising course, you will be taught by an experienced fundraiser who gives you the best tips on how to write a good fund application and how to get the grant, and thus a share of the tens of billions of dollars that are distributed each year.

With this fundraising course, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to go out to raise external funds for a given project, as well as knowledge about what types of projects are suitable.

You will learn how to qualify and develop your project, define the background to the project (and why this is important), and develop competences in relation to the preparation of project-related budget and financing plans, and prepare stakeholder analyses.

You also gain insight into why communication and communication are an important factor, and you learn to draw up a concrete communication plan.

After the course, you will be able to qualify and assess your organization’s projects, screen the fund market, and find the right funds, as well as run a funding process from start to finish.
